Rosaalie Shah is a seasoned Startup Advisor and Coach with extensive experience in guiding early-stage startups across various sectors, including education technology, CRM, e-commerce, and wearables. Currently serving as a Founding Member of Sidebar, a leadership program aimed at career acceleration, Rosaalie holds a pivotal role in strategic directions in their advisory capacity. Previously, in the role of Sr. Director of Product Management at Coursera, contributions focused on enabling organizations and governments to enhance workforce development, while at SugarCRM, leadership spanned multiple product management roles that led to significant growth initiatives and product strategy execution.
