Zachariah Pelley

Zachariah Pelley has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Zachariah currently serves as the Director of Data Engineering at SideDoor since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a People Analytics Consultant at Deloitte from September 2021 to April 2022. Zachariah also worked as an HR Reporting Analyst - SR at Nike on a contract basis from January 2021 to September 2021.

Before their time at Nike, Zachariah held the position of Database Specialist at Ayumetrix Labs from June 2020 to January 2021. Zachariah also worked at Nike on another contract as a Data Analyst - Project Lead from March 2020 to June 2020. In this role, they made significant contributions by implementing automated systems, leveraging databases and Excel for real-time insight delivery, and reducing manual report building.

Earlier in their career, Zachariah worked at Progressive Insurance where they held various roles including Fire & Theft Representative, Bodily Injury Claims Representative, and Automotive Claims Adjuster. During their tenure at Progressive, they gained experience in investigations, claims resolution, negotiations, and injury exposure analysis.

Zachariah's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Big Ugly Sweaters/Sportswear Evolved in 2016. As the Founder & Owner, they successfully operated an e-commerce apparel company and demonstrated skills in market analysis, product promotion, and strategic planning.

Before their entrepreneurial venture, Zachariah worked at Jacksons Food Stores as a Floating Manager. Zachariah displayed adaptability and organizational skills by managing multiple stores in different locations, solving real-time problems, and conducting financial analysis.
