Charley Aldrich

Charley Aldrich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and support within the robotics and technology sectors. Currently serving as Principal at CA Advisory since June 2022, Charley specializes in aiding Seed and A-round robotics companies in deploying hardware solutions. In addition, Charley is a Limited Partner at Sidekick Partners, a venture capital firm focused on early-stage startups in consumer and technology. Previous roles include Head of Support and Continuous Engineering at Covariant, where Charley established a global customer support team, and Sr. Director of Field Operations at Elementary. Charley has held key positions at RightHand Robotics, Bamboo Rose, Weft, PatientPing, Amazon Robotics, and NetSuite, demonstrating a strong ability to enhance operations and drive customer satisfaction. Charley holds a BA in Computer Science from New York University and possesses a solid foundational education from Groton School and Phillips Exeter Academy.
