As a Director of Finance Excellence, your role in helping us achieve our mission will be to play a key role in shaping the future of our organization. 

About the role

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic improvement plans and business planning processes.
  • Finance Improvement Initiatives: Support and drive improvement initiatives within the Finance function to enhance financial processes and performance.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee key strategic programs, ensuring effective project and portfolio management and support continuous improvement.
  • Integration Management: Lead complex integration projects, ensuring seamless process and system integration.
  • Governance and Compliance: Assess project maturity and make informed decisions at stage gate reviews.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams and business units to achieve strategic goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze project performance, providing updates to the executive team and implementing corrective actions.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Identify and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Market Opportunities: Identify opportunities in the market, including mergers and acquisitions, to drive growth and expansion.

About you 

  • Proven experience in strategic planning and project management.

  • Strong background in leading complex integration projects.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to navigate interdisciplinary challenges and drive solutions.

  • Experience in corporate sustainability and compliance.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English is required.
