Andrea Geromin

Andrea Geromin has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as an R&D Project Manager Assistant at Comau Engineering. From 2005 to 2008, they were an R&D Project Manager at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, specializing in Interiors Design. They then transitioned to a Purchasing Manager role at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, overseeing Cockpit and components from 2008 to 2012, and Interiors from 2012 to 2014. Starting in 2014, Andrea joined Sidel as a Global Commodity Manager Equipment. They later became the Sourcing Director and Process Owner for Tetra Laval Group from January to September 2016, then moved on to become the VP Sourcing for Indirect Materials and Services at Tetra Laval Group from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Andrea holds the position of VP Outsourced Services - Sourcing and Global Logistics at Sidel.

Andrea Geromin has a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, which they obtained from 1998 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Liceo Scientifico Marie Curie from 1992 to 1997. In addition to their educational background, Andrea has pursued several certifications, including the Hammer Process Owners certification from Hammer and Company, the Leadership Development Program from Hudson, the Leadership training for executives from MIL Institute, the Negotiation program from ENS International, and the World Class manufacturing Academy from FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.
