Sudre Franck

SUDRE Franck is an experienced professional in customer success and credit management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Sidetrade since June 2021. In this role, SUDRE focuses on reducing churn, increasing customer satisfaction, and driving the adoption of SaaS solutions through customized success plans and efficient business reviews.
