Virginie Gupta

Virginie Gupta has over 16 years of work experience, starting in 2005 with call center experience at Lufthansa GTS Group Dublin. Virginie then worked as a Travel Consultant at American Express Business Travel in 2008. From 2009 to 2015, they were in Credit Services at Accenture. In 2015, they joined Sidetrade, where they held various roles including Service Delivery Manager, Business Process Outsourcing Director, and currently, Vice President Business Outsourcing Operations (Cash Collections). Their responsibilities have included managing collection projects, defining strategies, establishing SLAs with clients, analyzing data, and presenting performance reports.

Virginie GUPTA completed their HNC in International Trade at La Providence St Malo from 2000 to 2003. Virginie then pursued a BA in Entreprise Management at IDRAC Nantes from 2003 to 2004. Following that, they earned a BA in Marketing and Management from Dublin Business School from 2004 to 2005. Finally, in 2013, Virginie completed a Diploma in Project Management at Dublin Business School specializing in Project Management.
