Olivia Steedman

Olivia Steedman is an accomplished leader in the investment sector with extensive experience at the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since October 2002, currently serving as Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Teachers' Venture Growth. In this role, Olivia drives the investment strategy aimed at high-growth companies, aligning with the pension plan's mission of securing retirement for its members. Previously, Olivia was a founding senior leader in the Infrastructure and Natural Resources department, focusing on investments that ensure stable returns and diversification. Additional leadership roles include positions on the Executive Committee at Sidewalk Infrastructure Partners, and directorships at Koru, Stem, Inc., Ontario Airports Investments Limited, HS1 Ltd, SGN, ESVAL S.A., Essbio, and Grupo Saesa. Olivia holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Queen's University, awarded from 1990 to 1995, and completed education at Havergal College between 1984 and 1990.
