Chiymelle Proby Nunn is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as the DEI Director at Sidley Austin LLP since October 2020, Chiymelle is responsible for developing and implementing programs that align with the firm's diversity goals. Previously, Chiymelle worked at Winston & Strawn LLP for 18 years, advancing through various roles including Diversity & Inclusion Manager, where contributions included executing Diversity Committee programs and ensuring the firm's commitment to diversity. Additional roles at Winston & Strawn included Marketing Seminars Manager, Marketing Projects Specialist, and Business Development Marketing Applications Coordinator, focusing on client education initiatives and data management. Chiymelle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Northern Illinois University and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Roosevelt University.
