David Bills

David Bills is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project and portfolio management. Currently serving as Senior IT Portfolio Manager at Sidley Austin LLP since July 2014, David oversees the Core IT portfolio, managing applications, document management, databases, mobile and messaging, as well as desktop and remote connectivity. Prior to this role, David worked at Winston & Strawn LLP from July 2008 to July 2014 as Manager of IS Project Management, where responsibilities included data center migration and Enterprise Content Management implementation. Earlier career positions include VP/Technology Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase and Information Systems Lead Agent at Expeditors. David holds an Honors B.A. in English and French from Marquette University, obtained in 1991.
