Sarah Johnson

Sarah Johnson serves as a Contracts and Compliance Attorney at Sidley Austin LLP since April 2023, focusing on reviewing and negotiating client contracts, leading strategy meetings, and ensuring alignment between client and vendor contracts. Prior experience includes serving as an Attorney at Kemin Industries, where responsibilities encompassed drafting and managing a variety of transactional agreements, managing a patent portfolio, and overseeing regulatory matters. As an Associate Attorney at Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi & Rudloff, Sarah completed legal research, drafted litigation documents, and facilitated communication with opposing counsel. Additional roles include a Judicial Law Clerk at the Court of Claims and various research and clerical positions, cementing a strong foundation in legal expertise. Sarah holds a Doctor of Law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a Minor in Religion from Cornell College.
