Saeed El-Zaini

Saeed El-Zaini is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Service Desk Team Lead at Sidra Medicine since August 2016, where the role involves leading the installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of IT systems and services while providing support to employees. Prior to this, Saeed worked at Al Jazeera Media Network from January 1997 to June 2016, holding positions as Principal Asset Management Specialist, responsible for the strategic management of software assets, and Technology Service Desk Supervisor, overseeing Service Desk operations to assist end users effectively. Saeed holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Qatar University, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
