Nuno has also been involved in credit note ratios, order entry and contract administration accuracy, logistics service provider KPIs, automated order entry, and customer service level monitoring.

With a turnover of around EUR 156 million, Sidul is the largest sugar refinery in the country. The Portuguese and Spanish markets represent over 90% of the sugar produced.
