Guangwei Yang

Guangwei Yang has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, with extensive work experience in various research scientist positions. From 2008 to 2018, Yang worked at Achillion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Senior Research Scientist, focusing on drug research and development. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2011, Yang held the position of Research Scientist II at the same company. In 2018, Yang moved to Boehringer Ingelheim, where they worked as a Principal Research Scientist until 2022. Currently, Yang holds the position of Director and Head of Platform Biology at Siduma Therapeutics. Yang's expertise and experience in drug research and development make them a valuable asset to any organization in the pharmaceutical industry.

Guangwei Yang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Peking University between 1987 and 1991. Subsequently, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry from the same institution, completing it from 1994 to 1997.
