Celso Montes

Celso Montes, GISP, currently serves as the Manager GIS Solutions and GIS Developer at Sidwell since October 2022. Previously, Celso held various roles at Pima County from March 2020 to October 2022 as a Senior Geographic Information System Analyst and Geographic Information Systems Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as GIS Manager at Graham County from September 2017 to March 2020, where responsibilities encompassed managing GIS operations, data maintenance, and automating workflows. Earlier positions include GIS Technician at Graham County from September 2016 to September 2017, Contract Cataloguer at OpenTable, and Info Commons Helpdesk at SFSU Library. Celso holds a Master of Science in Geographic Information Systems Technology and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from the University of Arizona, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from San Francisco State University.
