Gary Hall

Gary Hall serves as the President and Head of Infrastructure & Public Finance at Siebert Williams Shank & Co., LLC, since June 2013. In addition, Gary holds the position of Partner and Head of Investment Banking for Infrastructure & Public Finance at American Triple I and serves on the Board of Directors for Iteris, Inc. Moreover, Gary is a Board Member of SIFMA and a member of the Fixed Income Committee at FINRA. Gary also contributes as a Corporate Affiliate Board Member for the National Association of State Treasurers and is part of the Advisory Council - Public Finance (Executive Committee) at the Milken Institute’s Center for Capital Markets. Previously, Gary chaired the Board of the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board and worked as an Investment Banker at J.P. Morgan. Gary holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Howard University.
