Olimpia Romanik

Olimpia Romanik serves as the Global Marketing Manager at VRFD SA since March 2022 and also mentors at the Sieć Przedsiębiorczych Kobiet since October 2022. Prior to these roles, Olimpia was the Deputy Director of International Markets at Laboratorium Kosmetyczne Dr Irena Eris Sp. z o.o. from September 2017 to March 2022 and the Senior Marketing Manager for International Markets at Dr. Irena Eris Cosmetic Laboratories from January 2009 to March 2022, focusing on long-term marketing strategies and project implementation. Olimpia's experience includes a role as Marketing Manager Export at Żywiec Zdrój S.A. within the DANONE Group and as a Brand Manager at Danone France, where market research and brand development were primary responsibilities. Academically, Olimpia holds a Master's Degree in Marketing Planning and Project Management from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and two other Master's degrees in International Management and Marketing & Management from respected institutions.
