Jeremy Payton

Jeremy Payton has over 13 years of experience in customer relations and account management. Jeremy currently works as a Senior Content Marketing Specialist at Siege Media and has previous experience working as a Senior Publicist & Account Strategist at Otter Public Relations and as a Customer Solutions Specialist and Customer Escalation Specialist at Univar Solutions and Express Scripts, respectively.

At Otter Public Relations, Jeremy was responsible for creating media campaign strategies that resulted in national and regional TV appearances and features in Forbes, CBS News, The Weather Channel, and other major outlets. Jeremy also managed and mentored junior publicists, led weekly team meetings, training, and one-on-ones, and served as editor for junior publicists' pitches, articles, press releases, and client bios. In addition, Jeremy created internal training videos and tutorials.

As a Customer Solutions Specialist at Univar Solutions, Jeremy was responsible for processing orders and billing received from multiple channels (CRM, email, phone & fax) and for developing strong, professional relationships with customers. Jeremy also served as a Customer Escalation Specialist, managing customer accounts and being on the front lines of the customer experience.

Jeremy Payton has a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Writing from The Ohio State University, and further education in web development and technology from Columbus State Community College. Jeremy also has a copywriting diploma from The Blackford Centre.
