Head of Insights, EMEA at Siegel+Gale

Ben Osborne is the Head of Insights for EMEA at Siegel+Gale. Prior to this, they were a Research Director at Hall & Partners from June 2013 to June 2015. There, they led a team of 12 and worked closely with LA and NYC while managing a P+L of over $4m.

Some highlights from their time at Hall & Partners include challenging mediocrity, defying convention, being people focused, driving business, and client development. In 2013, they landed the Qatar Airways account worth $1m and developed it into a $2m account by 2015. Ben also managed King from a fresh lead into a $1.2m Pillar account in 2014.

Osborne is commercially aware and provides actionable, decision-led outputs and recommendations that build on clients’ existing knowledge and give clear direction. Ben is also a proactive problem solver and trusted advisor for colleagues, and was one of the first to adopt new approaches such as app-based solutions and interactive workshop debriefs.

Ben Osborne has a BSc in Geography from the University of Birmingham and has also studied English Language, Mathematics, Geography, and Theology at St Brendan's Sixthform College.
