Casey Seijas

Casey Seijas is currently the Director of Brand Communication at Siegel+Gale. Prior to this, they served as Sr. Director of Global Marketing and Head of Social Media at Cognizant from June 2021 to January 2022. In this role, they were responsible for global social media and executive voice strategy, oversight, and governance. Casey also led executive presence and voice for senior leadership's personal channels and external-facing profiles.

From July 2018 to June 2021, Casey was the Director of Brand Communication at Siegel+Gale. In this role, they consulted brands on how best to differentiate themselves from competitors by developing distinctive brand assets and user experiences through voice attributes, narratives, and communication principles. Casey also activated distinctive brand assets through training sessions and interactive workshops, instructing internal senior leadership, communications/marketing teams, and agency partners on guidelines and ongoing best practices. Additionally, they mentored and managed a team of mid- to junior-level strategists on a variety of communications-based deliverables, including enterprise-wide rebrands, experience mapping, employee acquisition/retention, and culture change management.

Some of Casey's primary clients have included CVS Health, American Express, Novartis, BlueCross BlueShield, and Carrier.

Casey Seijas has a BA in English from Florida State University and has also studied at the Royal Tampa Academy of Dramatic Tricks.
