José Luis León U. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies in the pharmaceutical industry. José Luis started their career as an intern at AstraZeneca in 2010. José Luis then joined MSD in 2012 as a Product Associate, where they provided support and was responsible for four respiratory products. In 2014, they moved to Eli Lilly and Company as a Sales Representative for Neurosciences, achieving sales objectives and promoting specialty and over-the-counter products. José Luis also worked at Laboratorios Azteca as a Project Manager, identifying areas of opportunity and implementing specific strategies to maximize product portfolios and distribution channels. Currently, they are serving as the Commercial Excellence Business Unit Head at Siegfried Rhein México, where they oversee the company's commercial processes and leads the business intelligence team.

José Luis León U. completed a diploma in Marketing/Marketing Management, General at Universidad Anáhuac in 2013. Before that, from 2007 to 2011, they obtained a Bachelor of International Business Administration degree in Business from the same institution. In addition to their academic achievements, José also obtained a certification in Ventas Alta especialidad / Neurociencias from Eli Lilly and Company in April 2014, and a certification in Merck-Marketing Foundations from MSD in September 2013.
