Chief Engineer at Siem Offshore

David Cunningham has a diverse work experience in the maritime industry. David started their career as a Cadet - Second Engineer at Ropner Shipping, where they worked from July 1992 to September 2000. David then moved on to Farstad Shipping ASA, where they worked as a 2nd Engineer from July 2003 to July 2004. Following that, they joined Farstad Shipping Ltd as a Chief Engineer from September 2004 to August 2008. David then worked at Adams Offshore WLL as a Chief Engineer from August 2008 to December 2009. Currently, they are working at Siem Offshore as a Chief Engineer on the Siem Helix 2 - Well Intervention Vessel in Campos Basin, Brazil, since March 2013.

David Cunningham attended Glasgow College of Nautical Studies, where they obtained a degree in Marine Engineering. David holds a Class 1 degree in this field. In 2003, they obtained the Unlimited Class 1 Marine Engineer certification from the United Kingdom Certificate of Competency.
