Torstein Fure

Chief Engineer at Siem Offshore

Torstein Fure has gained significant work experience in the maritime industry. Torstein started their career at Sjøvik AS in the year 2000 as a 1st Engineer and worked there until March 2004. Following that, they joined Foundation Christian Radich as a Chief Engineer from April to October 2004. In 2005, they worked as a 1st Engineer at Solstad Offshore ASA for a year. Since 2006, Torstein has been associated with Siem Offshore, where they have held various roles including Chief Engineer and 1st Engineer. Torstein'smost recent position at Siem Offshore is as a Chief Engineer, which they have held since April 2013.

Torstein Fure began their education in 1995 at Måløy Vidaregåande Skule, where they pursued VK1 and VK2 Marine Engineering. Torstein completed this program in 1996. Three years later, in 1998, Torstein enrolled in Oslo Maritime and studied Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, earning the degree of Chief Engineer in 1999.
