Angeles M. is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in project management and HR transformation across various industries. Currently serving as an HR Transformation Project Manager at Siemens Energy since October 2024, Angeles previously held the role of HR Harmonization & Standardization Consultant at the same company. Prior to this, Angeles worked at Media.Monks as a Global Project Manager for People Transformation and Manager for M&A HR in the Americas, leading integration efforts during mergers and executing global HR initiatives. Angeles also contributed significantly as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte Consulting México, and has experience in HR roles at Eaton, DLL, and several other organizations. Angeles holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
