Helge Surborg

Helge Surborg has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Helge started their career at Siemens in 2005 as a Trainee and later worked as a Project Controller and Commercial Project Manager. In 2012, they became a Commercial Manager with responsibilities including country finance management and business integration. In 2017, they joined WSTECH GmbH as the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director. Helge then moved to Fluence Energy in 2019 as the Finance Director for APAC and Managing Director of Fluence Energy Pty. Ltd. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Procurement/Supply Chain Management at Siemens Energy Pty. Ltd.

Helge Surborg's education history is as follows:

In 2020 to 2021, Helge Surborg attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors, where they studied the Foundations of Directorship.

From 2005 to 2009, Helge Surborg pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at The Berlin School of Economics and Law. Their field of study during this period was Accounting and Controlling.

In 2005 to 2008, Helge Surborg enrolled at the IHK Chamber of Industry and Commerce Berlin, where they completed a degree in Industrial Business Management, specializing in Accounting and Finance.

During the same period, from 2005 to 2008, Helge Surborg also participated in the Siemens Professional Education program and obtained a graduate certification as an Industrial Business Management Assistant.

In addition to their formal education, Helge Surborg has also obtained several certifications. These include the Foundations of Directorship certification from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2021, the Open Circuit Leadership Program certification from Siemens in 2017, and the Intense Negotiation Skills Program certification from Clayton Utz in 2015.
