John Giaimo has extensive work experience in the engineering field. John started their career at Pratt & Whitney in 1989, where they worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer and later became the Design Integration Lead for the JSF-119 and F119 engine programs. John managed mechanical design-related issues and developed solutions for engine hardware problems.

In 2000, they joined Safire Aircraft Co as a Structural Design Engineer and CAD Modeler for the Safire Jet Program. John also worked as a Structural Design Lead Engineer, managing the fuselage design of a new jet aircraft and overseeing the creation of structural framework and system layouts.

Giaimo then joined Agilis Engineering, Inc. in 2002 as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, working on the Pratt & Whitney JSF-119 engine.
