Simone Jones

Simone Jones, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Marketing & Sales Enablement at Siemens Energy since November 2021. With extensive experience in marketing and business development, Simone has held multiple leadership roles at Siemens from April 2015 to November 2021, including Director of Marketing and Business Development and Director of Marketing for various business units. Prior to Siemens, Simone was the Head of Marketing at Dresser-Rand, establishing a new marketing function for a $2.5 billion business. Earlier experience includes roles at GE, where Simone held positions such as Master Black Belt for Commercial Operations and Market Research Manager. Education includes an Executive Program at MIT Sloan School of Management and a PhD in Marketing from the University of Duisburg-Essen.
