Thomas Besser

Thomas Besser is an accomplished Director of Project Management at Siemens Energy, with a career spanning over two decades in the energy sector. Since January 2020, Thomas has led teams overseeing power plant service and upgrade projects in the UAE and Libya, focusing on reliable power and water production for millions. Previously, Thomas held various roles, including Director and Head of Project Management at Siemens from December 2007 to January 2020, and Senior Project Manager at UHDE GmbH from May 2005 to November 2007. Thomas holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mining, Oil and Gas Engineering from Technische Universität Berlin and completed an executive program at ESMT Berlin in 2021.
