Frank Coetzee

Frank Coetzee was appointed Human Resources Director of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy in February 2023. Frank Coetzee has a 20-year career in Human Resources with extensive global operational and strategic HR experience. His specialties include organizational development, business transformation, change management, leadership development, strategic workforce planning, cultural integration, inclusion and diversity, among others.

Prior to accepting his current position, since 2020 he has been Human Resources Vice President at Siemens Energy in multiple locations. In this role, he was responsible for the development and execution of the global strategy aligned with corporate objectives as well as leading business transformation and cultural change towards sustainable energy solutions. Since 2009 he held the position of Business Partner at Siemens in different regions such as Africa, the United Arab Emirates and the United States.
