Iratxe García

Iratxe García is an experienced professional currently serving as the Global Head of Supplier Quality & Development at Siemens Gamesa since September 2019, leading a team of 50 engineers across five regions to enhance supplier efficiency and product quality. Additionally, Iratxe holds membership roles in PWN Global and EJE&CON Asociación Española de Ejecutiv@s y Consejer@s, contributing to the expansion committee in the northern zone. Previous positions include Corporate Head of Quality & Continuous Improvement at Valvospain, Director of Quality and Process Improvement at fluytec filtration technologies, and Director of Process Engineering and Quality at Habidite, among others. Iratxe holds multiple degrees, including an Industrial Engineer degree from Universidad del País Vasco and an Executive Programme for Women in Senior Management from Esade, and possesses certifications in advanced management and quality tools.
