Martin la Cour Søborg serves as the Global Head of Offshore Equipment and the Head of Operations for Global Nacelle at Siemens Gamesa, overseeing operations for nacelles and ensuring the timely, safe, and quality delivery of turbines. With a robust background in operational management, Søborg has also held significant roles at Siemens Wind Power, including Head of Operations and Global Lean Manager, where responsibilities included implementing lean strategies in the APAC region. Additional involvement as a board member for organizations such as Styrelsen for Arbejdsmarked og Rekruttering and DI - Dansk Industri reflects a commitment to industry development. Entrepreneurial experience includes owning mlcs Consult, where project management tools were developed and consulting services were provided. Søborg holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
