Victoria Matsiuk

Victoria Matsiuk (Kotsyumbas) currently serves as the Global Head of Talent Management Consulting at Siemens Energy, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Victoria held several key positions in talent and leadership development at Siemens Gamesa, WiZink, Citibank, CEMEX, and EUROHOLOD, focusing on growth environments, performance management, talent policies, and HR transformation.
