Dee Rotimi-Keith

Dee Rotimi-Keith has a diverse background in quality control and project management. Since 2020, they have been working as a Quality Control Program Manager at Siemens Government Technologies, where they have developed standardized quality management processes and implemented streamlined quality control systems. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2020, Dee worked as a Quality Assurance Project Manager at Mortenson, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and implementing construction quality control plans. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Task Order Quality Manager at KBRwyle, where they reduced costs and improved employee engagement through lean and continuous improvement methodologies. Dee also has experience as a Project Management - Quality Lead at Wood Group Mustang from 2013 to 2017, where they implemented performance excellence and continuous improvement principles and tracked key performance indicators. Before that, from 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Quality Control Supervisor at ALATAS Americas Inc, where they established and maintained a quality management system. Finally, from 2006 to 2009, Dee worked as a Quality Control Analyst at D.e.n.o Investment Incorporation, focusing on developing workflow processes and procedures and implementing visual management tools.

Dee Rotimi-Keith holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Quality, Reliability and Statistical Engineering, which was obtained from Arizona State University from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, Dee completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting at the University of Houston-Downtown from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Dee has obtained multiple certifications. These include AS9100:2016 Rev D Lead Auditor from BSI Group America Inc in February 2023, Certified CMMI Associate from CMMI in August 2020, QM - Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015) from BSI in June 2020, Comparing Agile versus Waterfall Project Management from LinkedIn in May 2020, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor (TPECS) from BSI in July 2015, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor from ASQ in December 2014, Construction Quality Management for Contractors - #784 from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District in October 2019, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in April 2022.
