James Parker

James Parker has over 25 years of experience in the field of engineering, with a focus on ASIC design verification and functional verification. James has worked for various reputable companies throughout their career, including Siemens Government Technologies, SEAKR Engineering, pSemi (A Murata Company), BAE Systems, CFD Research Corporation, Raytheon, ITT, Honeywell Aerospace, Motorola Solutions America Latina Brasil, and Texas Instruments. James has held roles such as Functional Verification Application Engineer, ASIC Design Verification Engineer, SOC Design Verification Engineer, Senior Principal Engineer, Senior Technical Staff, Design and Design Verification SME, Section Head (Technical Manager), Senior Staff Engineer, and Principal ASIC Design Engineer. Their extensive work experience spans from 1995 to the present day.

James Parker attended Southern Methodist University from 1996 to 1998, where they earned their MSEE (Master of Science in Electrical Engineering) with a focus on Digital Signal Processing. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1995, they studied at the University of South Florida and obtained their BSEE (Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering) with a specialization in Digital Design. In addition to their formal education, James also holds several certifications. In 2011, they obtained the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification from the Department of Defense via Raytheon. James earned the Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Texas Instruments, Honeywell Aerospace, and Raytheon in 1995. Lastly, they obtained the United States Navy Nuclear Power Electrical Operator certification from Naval Reactors in 1986.
