Ricardo Chapa, Jr has a strong background in IT project management and development. Ricardo started their career in 2005 as a Microcomputer Specialist at Ronald Walker Associates II, Inc. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Business Consultant at IBM, specializing in data migration using IBM's Maximo Asset Management Software. In 2009, they joined CSC as a Sr. System Engineer, where they utilized Maximo Asset Management Software to support IT and asset management solutions. Ricardo then transitioned to Siemens Government Technologies in 2012, where they held roles as a Senior Maximo Developer and an IT Project Manager. In these positions, they supported and maintained a Maximo 7.5 environment, assisted clients with new functional requirements, and updated existing business processes.
Ricardo Chapa, Jr pursued their education by completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Kingsville. Ricardo attended this institution from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, Ricardo obtained a certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in April 2021.
