Bogdan Draghici

Bogdan Draghici is a chemist with extensive experience in bioconjugate design, organic synthesis, and drug delivery formulations. Currently employed at Siemens Healthineers since October 2015, Bogdan Draghici has contributed to the SYVA EMIT II Plus product line through the design, preparation, purification, and characterization of various bioconjugate libraries. Prior to this role, Bogdan Draghici served as a postdoctoral fellow at Temple University, where the research focused on isozyme-selective activators of carbonic anhydrase and biodegradable drug/gene delivery amphiphiles. Additional experience includes a visiting scholar position at the University of Pennsylvania, where investigations into biodegradable Janus dendrimers were conducted, and graduate studies at the University of Florida, which involved synthetic reactivity and stability studies. Education includes a Ph.D. in Organic and Heterocyclic Chemistry from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Organic Chemistry from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
