Dana Toscano

Dana Toscano currently serves as the Manager of Customer Operations in the Customer Supply Chain at Siemens Healthineers, overseeing two teams with 16 direct reports. Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding new hires, developing metrics and dashboards to enhance team performance, and improving operational processes to increase productivity. Prior experience at WCG IRB involved co-managing multiple teams, implementing significant process improvements, handling client escalations, and ensuring audit readiness through the creation of numerous work instructions. Dana has a strong educational background with dual Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from North Carolina State University.
