Daniela Antoni

Daniela Antoni has a diverse background in human resources, starting their career as a Working Student in Controlling and HR at REEL S.A. in 2002. Daniela then moved on to Alstom Power, where they served as a Global HR Coordinator from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they worked as the Corporate HR Manager and Personalbereichsleiterin at Hoerbiger Holding AG from 2010 to 2012. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the International HR Manager at SR Technics Group. In 2016, they underwent training in Health Management at FFHS. Since 2017, Daniela has been with Siemens Healthineers, initially serving as an HR Business Partner and HR Lead for Western Switzerland. Daniela is currently the Head of Human Resources for Zürich & Renens, where they are responsible for implementing modern HR methods and tools, building up the HR team, and supporting business initiatives.

Daniela Antoni began their education in Business Administration at the Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt (THWS) from 1999 to 2004, earning a Diplom (FH) degree. Daniela then pursued further studies in European Labour Studies, obtaining an M.A. degree from the University of Bremen, Germany, from 2004 to 2006. During this period, they also completed a study semester at Universidad de Salamanca, Spain. Later, they undertook the second part of their M.A. in European Labour Studies at Université Louvain la Neuve in Belgium from 2005 to 2006.
