F G "Chuck" Fives has extensive work experience in the operations and manufacturing sector. F G "Chuck" began their career at Siemens in 1980 as a Vice President of Operations. In 2009, they joined Siemens Healthineers as a Vice President of Operations and has since held multiple leadership roles within the company. Currently, they are the Vice President of Operations and Manufacturing for the Walpole & Elkhart operations.

From 1976 to 1980, F G "Chuck" Fives attended the Polytechnic Institute of New York, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Physics.
