Geraldine Jay Hall

Geraldine Jay Hall, M.B.A., CSCP, serves as the Senior Director of External Manufacturing at Siemens Healthineers since October 2025. Previously, Geraldine held the position of Director of External Manufacturing Operations at Novavax from July 2021 to October 2025, overseeing contract manufacturing organizations producing COVID-19 vaccines with a budget of $36 million. Geraldine's extensive experience at Merck spanned from January 2008 to July 2021, where roles included Associate Director of External Manufacturing Operations and Associate Director of External Manufacturing Supply Chain Lead, managing teams and budgets, ensuring compliance, and optimizing supply chain processes for vaccine production. Geraldine holds an MBA in Management from Eastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Missouri.
