John Kowal

John Kowal currently serves as President and Head of the Americas at Siemens Healthineers, overseeing marketing, sales, service, and support operations for the North and Latin American markets. Prior to this role, John held various positions at Varian Medical Systems, including President of the Americas, where responsibilities encompassed general management and P/L oversight of an extensive oncology business. Additional roles at Varian included VP of North American Sales and Field Vice-President of US Sales, where John managed significant sales teams and delivered substantial revenue growth. Earlier in John's career, the role of National Sales Manager at Radionics involved leading a team to successfully sell advanced neurosurgical products. John holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and completed the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School.
