Magali Gob

Magali Gob, MBA has over 20 years of experience in finance and leadership roles. Magali is currently the Global Head of Finance and Managing Director at Siemens Healthineers. Prior to this, Magali served as the Global Head of Finance and Chemistry CFO at Lonza, where they were responsible for financial affairs and led a global business finance team. Magali also held the position of Global Head of Finance and CFO at Sanofi, where they oversaw controlling from a strategic industrial platform and optimized financial processes. Earlier in their career, Magali worked as the Global Operations Controller at BD, managing a manufacturing network and executing operations related to cost and performance management. Magali also worked at Lear Corporation, Bostik Spain, and Jaguar in various finance and leadership roles.

Magali Gob, MBA has a diverse education history. In 1992, they completed their Bachelor of Honours in Economics/Finance at UNIVERSITE D'AUVERGNE. Following this, in 1996, they obtained their Business School CPA degree specializing in Accounting/Tax from ICS Begue Paris (CPA school). In 2000, Magali pursued an MBA in Management/Corporate Strategy at Esade and later in 2002, they completed an additional MBA degree in Corporate Strategy/Finance from HEC Paris. In 2018, they furthered their education in Strategic Finance at IMD. Additionally, in 2018-2019, Magali attended Massachusetts Institute of Technology for a Business Applications Blockchain program. In 2019-2020, they attended Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN) to study Advanced Military Studies. Magali also holds additional certifications, including the French Military Academy at Saint-Cyr from Saint-Cyr Formation Continue in 2019 and Six Sigma Black Belt from Lear Corporation in 2003.
