Renato Cerveira

Renato Cerveira has extensive experience in customer services and engineering, primarily with Siemens Healthineers since October 2008, currently serving as the Head of Customer Services for Latin America. Prior roles at Siemens include Country Service Head for Brazil and Spain, as well as various leadership positions in service execution and business marketing. Cerveira also has previous experience at Embraer as a Process Development Engineer, Siemens Healthcare as a Service Support Engineer, and Volkswagen do Brasil as a Trainee. Educational credentials include an Executive Master in Business Administration from ESMT Berlin, an MBA in Operations Management from Fundação Vanzolini, and a Master of Engineering in Mechatronics from USP, among other qualifications in aerospace and engineering.
