Reto Merges has extensive experience in strategic marketing and medical technology, currently serving as SVP of Strategic Marketing at Siemens Healthineers since May 2005. Previously, Reto held various leadership roles within the organization, including Head of Marketing (acting), Global Head of Expanding Precision Medicine in Marketing, and Director of Scientific Marketing for Magnetic Resonance. Notably, Reto managed a team of research collaboration managers for Computed Tomography in Greater China and South Korea, driving international research initiatives in diagnostic imaging. Reto began a career at Siemens after completing the Siemens Graduate Program and holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Electrical and Information Engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, complemented by studies at Nanjing Normal University and an exchange year at Juanita High School in the United States.
