Rithika V is currently serving as Deputy Manager of Strategy & Business Development in the CEO’s Office at Siemens Healthineers since June 2024. Prior experience includes a role in Digital Marketing & Business Development in the Founders Office at Proxzar, where Rithika developed SEO keywords and executed a content marketing strategy that generated over 1,000 high-intent organic leads. Additionally, Rithika interned at Bajaj Consumer Care, conducting analyses of off-take data and competitive assessments, and worked as an Assistant Brand Strategist at The Creative Collective, leading a copywriting team and managing the launch of over seven brands. Rithika holds an MBA in Marketing & E-commerce from BITSoM and a BFA in Digital Marketing & Advertising from Annapurna College of Film and Media.
