Urmi Chatterjee

Urmi Chatterjee is the Head of HR for India and the Asia Pacific Japan region at Siemens Healthineers, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Urmi Chatterjee served as Vice President of Human Resources at Honeywell from June 2010 to January 2024, overseeing HR teams across the APAC region and driving the talent agenda. Other significant roles at Honeywell included HR Leader for Honeywell Engineering and HTS Global, Director of HR for HBT, and Director of HR for Global Aero & ACS, with responsibilities spanning multiple regions including the US, EMEA, and APAC. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Business HR at ABP in Calcutta and various HR management positions at Honeywell beginning in 2003. Urmi Chatterjee holds a PhD in Human Resources from the Indian Institute of Science and two Master's degrees in Economics from Calcutta University.
