Giuseppe Gottardo

Giuseppe Gottardo has a diverse work experience spanning various fields. Giuseppe worked at Siemens Logistics from 2017 to the present, where they held several roles including Head of Automation Design and Head of R&D PLC Engineering. Prior to that, they worked at IMAK GmbH as a Manager of Software Development for Automation from 2016 to 2017. Before entering the industry, they pursued a Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from 2012 to 2016 at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. Giuseppe also obtained a Master's degree in Automation Engineering from the University of Padova in 2012, where they conducted research on vibration control and studied the principles of piezoelectric transducers. Additionally, they gained experience as the CEO and President of Cusl Nuova Vita Cooperativa Sociale from 2008 to 2011, managing a no-profit cooperative photocopier shop. Lastly, they worked as a Head Waiter at Tivigest Hotels & Resorts from 2002 to 2005, overseeing table services and maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen.

Giuseppe Gottardo obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Ingegneria from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Master's Degree in Automation Engineering at Università degli Studi di Padova from 2009 to 2012. Giuseppe began their academic journey by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Automation Engineering from the same university, studying from 2006 to 2009. In addition to their academic achievements, Giuseppe obtained a certification in Managing Meetings from LinkedIn in May 2023.
