Mark McNichol has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Mark started their career in 2007 as a PCTO Co-Op at General Electric, where they worked on cost-saving projects and conducted tests in the evaluation lab. In 2008, they joined PennBarry as a Design Engineer, where they were responsible for designing and maintaining axial and centrifugal fans. Mark also supported sales by troubleshooting issues and approving special orders. In 2013, Mark moved to Rotork Fluid Systems (K-Tork) as a Product Engineer. Mark worked there until 2018, focusing on product engineering. From 2018 to 2022, they worked at Triple/S Dynamics, Inc. as an Engineering Manager, overseeing engineering projects. In 2023, Mark joined Siemens Logistics as a Mechanical Systems Engineering Project Manager.

Mark McNichol obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they studied Mechanical Engineering at Tri-State University from 2001 to 2003, although they did not complete a degree at that institution.
