Miguel Pazos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Miguel began their career at Tecnatom in 2000 as a Project Engineer and worked there until 2001. Miguel then joined Siemens in 2001 and held roles such as Project Engineer, Purchasing Controller, and Classification Officer/Content Manager. In 2013, they became an IT Business Partner at Siemens and later transitioned into the role of IT Manager. In 2014, they took on the position of LoA Bid Manager. In 2016, Miguel became the Chief Digital Officer at Siemens Logistics, where they led digital transformation efforts. Miguel is currently working as the Head of Digital Solutions at Siemens Logistics, focused on adapting to the changing market through new tools and strategies. Miguel's work experience showcases their adaptability, leadership skills, and expertise in digital transformation and IT management.
Miguel Pazos has a diverse education history. In 1991, they began their studies at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Industrial Electronics and Automation. This program extended until 1999. In 2014, Miguel attended The App School, where they studied Mobile Apps. In 2018, they enrolled in the ISDT Silicon Valley - International Seminar in Digital Transformation at Silicon Valley, offered by ISDI. Most recently, in 2020, Miguel attended Escuela Wander, where they completed a program in Humanistic, Creative, and Ethical Leadership.
