Julio Perez

Julio Perez is an experienced production and quality management professional with a strong background in quality assurance and engineering. Since May 2016, Julio has served as a Production Manager and Quality Engineer at Siemens Manufacturing Co., Inc., focusing on the creation and implementation of a Quality Management System aligned with standards from sister plants. Prior to this, Julio held multiple roles at LEONI from February 2007 to December 2015, including Quality Manager for WMXHE, overseeing quality systems across three business units, and addressing customer complaints through the development of corrective actions. With degrees in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Hermosillo, a diploma in Strategic Human Capital Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and an MBA in Finance from Universidad Tecmilenio, Julio combines technical expertise with strategic insight to drive quality initiatives.
